The Knight of Light

The Knight of Light (working title) is one of the first games I began work on, and has been a focus off and on over the years.

In it, the player controls a Knight of Light who can change his color by interacting with different elements of the game world. As the knight's color changes, new paths are opened, old paths are blocked, and different elements of the world become interactable. The knight also has special abilities associated with each color. The game play is focused on the completion of various puzzles.

My intention with this game was to create a challenging puzzle platformer out of a simple concept, one where careful thought and planning were more important than quick reflexes or how well you could time a button press.

While the game play is fixed at this point, I am constantly experimenting with different art styles. The screenshots page shows of the current design. Please let me know if you like it!
